📋 Description

•Sinch is seeking a strategic and data-driven Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. •You’ll be responsible for driving high-quality leads and generating demand through effective SEM campaigns, while ensuring that all paid media initiatives are optimized to deliver strong ROI. •You will primarily focus on driving traffic and converting prospects through search engine advertising, leveraging data to optimize campaigns, and supporting growth in North America. •If you’re passionate about managing impactful SEM campaigns and optimizing digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals, this is the role for you.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. •5+ years of experience managing SEM/PPC campaigns and digital marketing strategies with a proven track record of driving high-quality leads. •Proficiency in Google Ads, SEMrush, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, 6Sense, Microsoft 365, Asana project management software, and WordPress. •Strong expertise in SEM/PPC strategy, campaign optimization, and performance tracking. •Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data and key performance metrics. •Ability to work cross-functionally, guiding content creation for campaigns while ensuring alignment with lead generation goals. •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present campaign performance and strategy to internal stakeholders. •Strong strategic thinker with a focus on performance and results. •Highly self-motivated with excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment. •Detail-oriented and proactive, with a results-driven mindset.
