📋 Description
• Lead payments operations function and drive commercialization and growth strategy of payments solution. • Oversee end-to-end payments lifecycle, ensuring seamless transactions and optimal processes. • Define go-to-market strategy and drive adoption while maximizing revenue opportunities. • Partner with payment processors, banks, and fintech firms for optimized performance and cost reduction. • Deliver a world-class customer experience for customers and their customers.
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in payments operations, fintech, SaaS payments, or related go-to-market roles. • Proven track record in launching and scaling payments products with deep expertise in payment processing, ACH, card networks, chargebacks, and compliance. • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Experienced in leading cross-functional teams, working with payment processors, gateways, and financial institutions to drive alignment and execution. • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling abilities. • Passionate about innovation, process improvement, and delivering customer value.
