About Skan • Skan AI is an industry-leading process intelligence platform that is built on the foundation of AI, Computer vision, and advanced analytics. • Leading global enterprises are adopting Skan to transform their operations, technology, and customer service processes to deliver financial, regulatory, and operational excellence benefits. • Skan offers disruptive advantages to our clients in terms of cost, speed, agility, and scale that is unmatched in the industry. • As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for driving Skan’s inside sales efforts through cold outreach and warm lead follow-ups generated by marketing. • You’ll engage potential customers via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms to generate new business leads and qualify inbound prospects. • Working closely with our marketing and sales teams, you’ll play a critical role in building the sales pipeline and contributing to the company’s revenue growth.
Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. • 2-6 years of experience in a BDR, SDR, or similar role in the SaaS industry (experience in AI, Process Intelligence, or Automation is a plus). • Proven ability to manage cold outreach and follow-up processes effectively with a strong discipline to manage the lead pipeline efficiently and effectively. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly. • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot) and sales automation tools. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo or similar prospecting tools. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
