Description
• As Slingshot Aerospace’s Vice President of Marketing, lead marketing strategy to drive revenue growth. • Oversee demand generation programs, account-based marketing initiatives, and messaging alignment. • Guide and mentor the marketing team, manage budgets, and leverage analytics for maximum ROI. • Design and execute campaigns for high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline velocity. • Provide tools and training to empower sales teams and implement targeted ABM strategies. • Produce high-value content and participate in industry events to position the company as a leader. • Collaborate with product teams on value propositions and budget management for initiatives.
Requirements
• Must be eligible to obtain or maintain U.S. Government clearances • 10+ Years of experience leading marketing or demand generation teams (people manager) within SaaS B2B or B2G organizations • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field • Demonstrated ability to employ analytical skills to the development of strategy • Experience developing and guiding strategy to increase lead generation and strengthen go-to-market strategies • Proficient in technology deployment to enable sales and marketing efforts efficiently • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
