Description

• Responsible for building relationships, driving revenue, and closing business within strategic clients • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly ARR quota for expansion revenue converting new opportunities within strategic accounts • Work closely with Strategic Customer Success Managers to ensure exceptional service levels for all stakeholders

Requirements

• 6+ years of enterprise sales experience within the translation industry (preferred) or 6+ years of experience in SaaS sales • Strong track record of actively prospecting for new business opportunities and expanding revenue within existing accounts • Solid sales fundamentals, business & sales acumen, and Sandler sales training is a plus • Excellent communication skills to navigate colleague, customer, and partner interactions • An easy-going personality and a high tolerance for different cultures • A clear, in-depth understanding of our product vision and strategy • A data-driven approach to business • The ability to define and redefine processes, break down barriers and challenge the status quo • Drive complex deals from initial contact, all the way through to close within a fast-paced sales environment • Prepare and present software demos with prospects and guide them through the buying process • Leverage sales management tools to track sales activities • Build and manage a strong pipeline of expansion opportunities • Sell to key decision-makers within your designated portfolio of strategic accounts • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company's values, unique culture, and vision for the future • You will only feel accomplished once you’ve reached and exceeded your goals • You’re open to the adventure a start-up brings • The ability to work individually and collaborate within a team environment • Grinder mentality and love crushing goals
