Description

• Leading the implementation team of the SmarterDx’s clinical AI solution into client’s CDI & coding workflows • Refine the implementation team to standardized technical and training processes • Collaborate with Sales, Data Engineering and CS to evolve and coordinate process for key hand-offs for rapid scale • Establish and monitor KPIs to track project and team performance • Identify key project risks and implement strategies proactively • Build efficient utilization the broader implementation team

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience managing teams doing hospital SaaS implementations • Deep understanding of healthcare data and technology, specifically related to the RCM & CDI space • Positive, collaborative problem solving approach that can help team unblock issues • Strong organization and communication skills • Proven track record of building and refining scalable processes
