• As a member of Smartpricing's Sales team for the DACH Market. • You will be part of a cohesive team whose goal is to make us the No. 1 Pricing Software in the region by the end of 2025. • As a Senior Account executive you should have strong communication skills with a strong desire to help customers achieve there business goals and be a highly driven individual who enjoys working towards targets. • In this role you will participate both in-person and remote training sessions as well as at country trade fairs and events. • You will support the expansion of Smartpricing in the DACH market and help to drive expansion opportunities across, Germany, Switzerland and Austria, through the following activities: Ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close. • Manage online and in-person appointments with potential prospects interested in learning about Smartpricing and providing demos on the platform. • Sales Hunter: You actively seek new opportunities and are always ready to go the extra mile to build a solid pipeline and be solely responsible for finding new prospects through cold calls or emails. • Benchmark Seller: You strive to be the new benchmark in sales, consistently going above and beyond. • Pipeline Management Pro: CRM is second nature to you. You live and breathe your pipeline, know your opportunities inside out, and manage them efficiently to hit your targets consistently.
• Experience of selling in a SaaS organisation • Experience within the travel tech industry is beneficial but not a requirement • A growth mindset where you can identify new opportunities, generate new leads and build strong pipelines. • German language, Native or C2 level • Excellent English skills, we are an international company and we want you to be able to understand and interact with others effectively. • Team player with winning mentality - your desire is to consistently exceed 100% of the monthly quota, and you are willing to make sacrifices so that your colleagues reach it too. • Data-driven thinking- you are skilled at analyzing and interpreting data, making decisions based on quantitative evidence, continuously improving business strategies through the effective use of data. • Desire to learn - you are willing to receive on the field coaching sessions and you are eager to read books on how to improve your sales skills. • Organization - you pay attention to detail, maniacally plan your agenda and update the CRM in a timely manner. • Productivity - you have a strong motivation to sell into the SMEs market, managing short and intense sales cycles.
