Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into SmartSimple configurations. • Configure system workflows, forms, permissions, and roles within the SmartSimple platform to meet client needs. • Assist in the setup of data structures, reports, and user interfaces within SmartSimple. • Participate in discovery sessions to gather and document functional and technical requirements for the configuration process. • Test configured solutions to ensure they meet client requirements and business processes. • Provide support to the implementation consultant in ensuring timely and accurate system setups. • Conduct data imports, data mapping, and validation to ensure data accuracy during system implementation. • Troubleshoot configuration issues, resolve technical challenges, and escalate as needed to ensure smooth project progression. • Maintain detailed documentation of all system configurations, settings, and changes made during the implementation process. • Stay up to date with SmartSimple updates and best practices to ensure configurations are optimized for performance and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Experience in software development, implementation, or system integration. • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, or similar • Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and database management (SQL). • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with SmartSimple or similar platforms is a plus. • Ability to translate functional requirements into technical solutions. • Experience in software development lifecycles, including requirements analysis, development, testing, and deployment. • Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision. • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
