β’ The Sales Operations Analyst will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the sales forecasting processes. β’ Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the S&OP process. β’ Leverage data from Salesforce.com, PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics and other tools to create and enhance reporting that enables deep analysis and data-driven decisions. β’ Utilize historical data, market trends, and customer insights to develop accurate sales forecasts. β’ Articulate insights to stakeholders, leveraging excellent communication skills to ensure desired impact. β’ Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze variances to identify areas for improvement. β’ Monitor inventory levels against forecasting accuracy and collaborate with procurement teams. β’ Solve critical problems that enable sales representatives to provide timely solutions to their customers while maximizing revenue. β’ Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and operations planning to drive continuous improvement initiatives. β’ Assist and lead projects as required.
β’ 5 years of proven experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations and/or Business Analytics. β’ BA/BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field β’ Experience with a CRM Platform (Saleforce.com), BI Platform (PowerBI), Microsoft Dynamics and planning tools β’ Strong analytical skills (including Microsoft Excel) and experience with reporting and data analysis. β’ Demonstrated data analytics and ability to critically look at performance data & draw constructive conclusions β’ Self-starter with high attention to detail who seeks to understand results and drive improvements β’ Excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment β’ Excellent problem-solving skills with proven follow-through to ensure issues are fully resolved β’ Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
