Requirements

• 5+ years demonstrated ability in a functional field sales operations role supporting large sales organizations • Ability to gather and use data to advise decision-making and persuade others • Work effectively in an unstructured environment requiring new perspectives and creative approaches • Possess business insight, strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills • Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present complex content to the business • Consistent track record of partnering successfully with sales teams to achieve business outcomes • Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment • Ability to be highly productive with minimal oversight from senior management • Take ownership for actions and accountable for outcomes • Willing to tackle tough projects and challenges to support growth • Experience with Enterprise applications: Salesforce.com, Tableau, Clari, Anaplan • Experience with driving and leading change across organizations • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a business or technical field (e.g. Operations, Business, Engineering, Information Technology, etc.)
