Description

• Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and stakeholders • Advise clients on marketing strategies • Serve as primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients • Carry and present yourself as the digital marketing authority to clients • Understand project scope, requirements and resource needs • Lead calls for clients • Responsible for the presentation and renewal of quarterly partnership growth plans • Manage client profiles in Hubspot • Provide clear direction to internal teams • Effectively manage client requests • Manage multiple projects simultaneously • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs • 2+ years of relevant experience as an Account Manager in the dental marketing industry • 1+ years of marketing experience • Experience with website management • Experience with digital marketing • Exceptional communicator (verbal and written) • Excellent customer service • Ability to effectively manage resources • Ability to lead coaching conversations with clients • Driven to deliver results • Highly organized • Collaborative relationship builder • Possess strong attention to detail
