📋 Description
• Snapsheet is looking for an Estimating Manager to join our team! • Monitor team performance and provide coaching to meet goals. • Spark teamwork and maintain communication within the department. • Provide development opportunities and regular feedback. • Analyze data for best practices and innovations to improve the team.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of auto physical damage experience with at least 1 year of management experience • Proven track record of leading high performing teams • Extensive knowledge of insurance principles and how they apply to appraisal decisions • Thorough understanding of vehicle repair, parts costs, total loss classification, and fraud detection practices • Working experience in one or more estimating platforms: Mitchell, CCC One, and/or Audatex • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-based, and results-driven environment • Desire to thrive in a remote environment ripe with opportunity to advance
