• Support Engineers work directly with customers to ensure supportable and scalable infrastructure management ecosystem • Working with customers on best-practice architecture and management • Implementing improvements in monitoring suite for data delivery • Managing infrastructure setups and shutdowns • Reducing human-in-the-loop processes • Collaborating with teams to get the right work done

Requirements

• Qualified with a Computer Science or data-related degree, top marks from a coding boot camp, or can demonstrate that level of knowledge • Cloud technology experience with AWS and GCP • Understanding of security, documentation, and process • Strong communication skills • Keen to understand and help customers succeed • Innovative and effective • Inquiring and keen to learn
