📋 Description

• The Customer Engagement Sr. Manager plays a vital role in supporting the cross-franchise operational needs of Sobi North America. • Key responsibilities include overseeing the Sponsorship Approval Process, managing Speaker Bureau Operations, and overall Congress management. • This role requires strong relationship-building and strategic execution skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Focus on driving operational efficiency and optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech company, focus in Marketing Operations a plus • 5-8 years of experience working with advertising and promotional process • 5-8 years of experience in regulated operations environment • Congress management experience is strongly preferred • Solid project management experience • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional groups to achieve common goals • Solid ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders
