• Shape a brighter financial future with us. • Collaborate with sales leadership to shape strategy across Sales Development, Solutions Consultants, and Account Executives. • Own pipeline management processes and activity tracking to ensure accurate sales forecasting and opportunity management. • Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance and Marketing to manage royalty payments and improve lead management. • Develop new reporting frameworks to monitor the health of the sales funnel and identify growth opportunities. • Coordinate with external vendors and technology partners to optimize sales tools, ensure alignment, and manage renewals. • Ensure data integrity across CRM systems and other tools by establishing strong data hygiene practices. • Optimize processes and workflows to increase productivity and drive revenue growth.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or sales operations • Expertise in Salesforce or other key CRM systems • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting. • Proven ability to develop insights and drive significant improvements in sales performance. • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to shift between strategic and tactical tasks.
