• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnership roles, with a strong background in commercial / industrial real estate brokerage. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic relationships. • Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. • Proven track record of sales or partnership performance is required. • Strong organizational skills. • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and drive collaborative outcomes. • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail. • Understanding of commercial / industrial real estate market and trends. • Understanding of rooftop solar. • Proficiency in CRM systems and partnership management tools. • 10-30% travel required. • Flexible on home location (quarterly travel to Asbury Park HQ required).
