Description

• The Territory Manager is responsible for providing service & developing sales within the Newmarket / Bradford / York, ON market • Driving new sales from new and existing customers in their assigned territory • Responsible for gaining new customers in line with regional strategy and sector growth plans • Providing preventative maintenance, emergency service, and installation support as needed within their territory • Developing Distributor relations at assigned Warewash/Laundry accounts • Implementing the sales funnel in the OnDemand system • Managing territory expense budget • Executing support plan for global and national accounts within sales territory as needed • Delivering financial performance for sales territory • Developing margin improvement plans for their territory • Providing input to the innovation development funnel • Providing forecast input to District Manager for assigned distributors and accounts • Engaging and training key customer teams within their territory • Assisting sectors on national program rollouts • Launching new products and promotions to assigned end-user accounts • Conducting end-user sales calls with sector teams

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required • Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record • Ability to lift objects up to 35lbs and execute precise work in limited spaces • Computer technology experience – Email, Excel, Word, Google Applications, Cell Apps • Ability to work nights and weekends as determined by business need • Mechanically inclined • Ability to use hand tools • Professional attitude and self-motivated/directed • Documented time management, communication skills, decision-making, interpersonal, computer, and organizational skills • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve company goals • Strong business acumen and customer focused • Strong negotiating skills and results-oriented • Ability to manage and measure work as well as planning • Energetic and passionate and able to influence others
