Description

• Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the company’s products. • Deliver engaging product demonstrations, both live and virtual, to a variety of stakeholders including hospital personnel from supply chain managers to C-suite executives. • Drive the expansion of the territory through strategic marketing, exceptional customer engagement, and targeted sales initiatives. • Proactively identify customer challenges and develop innovative solutions to promote the unique value propositions of Sol-Millenium’s product portfolio. • Prepare and negotiate contracts, respond to bids, and achieve or exceed sales quotas.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales success in the medical device sector, specifically within hospitals and acute care settings. • Demonstrable experience leveraging established relationships to facilitate quick market penetration and sales growth. • Strong familiarity with the local healthcare environments in key states for the territory (North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia) • Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory.
