Description

• Developing and implementing global procurement strategies for assigned categories (Capital Equipment and Construction). • Establishing and managing supplier relationships. • Negotiating and establishing effective supplier contract agreements. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders. • Leading complex projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and seven (7) years of experience in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement, Engineering, or Legal in a private, public, government or military environment. • OR High School Diploma/GED and twelve (12) years of experience in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement, Engineering, or Legal in a private, public, government or military environment. • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Logistics and Supply Chain from an accredited institution • Negotiation skills with attention to detail • Skilled written and oral communications • Working knowledge of Capital Equipment and Construction supplier markets • Stakeholder management/influencing skills at a senior level. • Business, contract language and financial acumen. • Additional language capabilities in German, Polish and/or French
