Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for supply chain optimization. • Lead continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers and stakeholders. • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, ensuring commitment to diversity and inclusion. • Execute cost reduction strategies and mitigate supply chain risks. • Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with business objectives. • Ensure compliance with regulations and sustainability initiatives in sourcing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field (10 years of healthcare sourcing experience may serve in lieu of degree). • Master’s degree in supply chain, business, or related field preferred. • Certification in paralegal studies; Certified Resource Management Professional (CRMP), Certified Professional in Supply Chain Management (CSCP) preferred. • >10 years of experience contracting and/or sourcing with a track record in managing spend categories and achieving non-labor expense reduction goals. • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required. • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
