Description
• Lead logistics modal category responsibilities including supplier identification and contract negotiation • Develop and execute strategic sourcing vision • Support global Sourcing and Logistics Operations team • Oversight of global financial metrics • Stay abreast of current market intelligence across transport modes
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND seven (7) years of related supply chain experience • Experience related to logistics or transportation procurement • Experience in contract and supplier management in a Sourcing environment • Master’s degree in a business or related discipline (preferred) • Expert in US Truckload and Global Parcel Data analysis, negotiating, problem-solving skills • Self-motivated in ambiguous and autonomous role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Assertive, organized, and detail oriented
