Description

• Senior Manager Technical Accounting role for Solventum • Provide critical counsel and manage technical accounting matters • Consult with corporate strategy and finance leaders on accounting advisement • Monitor activities of accounting standard setting bodies and coordinate communication • Collaborate with departments on technical accounting issues impacting business • Partner with external auditors on technical memos and financial statement disclosures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND ten (10) years in technical accounting and financial experience in a private, public, government or military environment AND CPA Certification (Active or Inactive) • Experience with Requisite technical knowledge of US GAAP • Direct accounting experience with business combinations, divestitures, strategic partnerships, and revenue recognition • Experience with financial diligence or supporting M&A execution • Big 4 public accounting experience • Experience leading others and contributing on cross-functional teams • Self-motivator with strong organizational and prioritization skills
