Description

• As an SEM Account Manager, you will lead client engagements to drive digital success through Google Ads. • You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance, optimizing campaigns, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. • This role demands strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and effective communication. • Serve as the primary or secondary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B and eCommerce clients. • Develop and execute customized Google Ads strategies to meet client objectives. • Conduct regular check-ins, status updates, and strategy sessions with clients. • Collaborate with the team to create Quarterly Business Reviews, highlighting performance and setting priorities for upcoming quarters. • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize ROI. • Utilize tools such as Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio to enhance campaign performance. • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and provide actionable recommendations. • Write and optimize ad copy to achieve high click-through rates (CTR). • Implement A/B tests and other optimization strategies. • Generate and present regular reports on KPIs and campaign effectiveness. • Provide strategic recommendations and identify opportunities for growth. • Create and manage campaign budgets and forecasts. • Collaborate with internal teams to address client challenges and provide solutions. • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and emerging technologies. • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their goals and objectives. • Handle client escalations and resolve issues promptly. • Present performance results and insights in a clear, concise manner to various stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Google Ads management or related roles. • Certification in Google Ads and other relevant digital advertising platforms. • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio. • Analytical skills to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations. • Proven track record in managing client relationships and delivering results. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines. • Experience in consulting or agency environments is a plus. • Previous experience in a consulting or agency environment. • Familiarity with additional digital advertising platforms and tools.
