• Manages operations of the Franchise Services team • Provides primary Franchise Service support for Brand Advisory Board members • Resolves escalated owner issues • Develops franchise service delivery models • Provides coaching and quality management to regional Franchise Services Managers • Advocates for franchisee voice to improve brand experience • Leads department projects for efficiency and effectiveness • Develops performance and support reports for cross-functional improvement
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 5+ years management leadership experience including sales, technology, branding, marketing, and project management • Hospitality experience strongly preferred • Proven track record of driving change • Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills • Highly organized and process-driven • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs • Up to 5% travel • Proficient knowledge of desktop productivity tools
