📋 Description
• Provide timely support to customer inquiries across any channel; inbound calls, outreach, email live chat and social media • Deliver upon our best in-class customer experience • Create and foster lasting customer relationships • Take accountability for your customers and solve their problems on the first contact by mastering the customer journey and ensure customers realize their desired outcome • Follow through with commitments/promises to our guests • Complete managerial requests • Manage upwards and help us better our service experience • Maintain company policy on service requests • Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned as necessitated by business needs.
