• Sophos is a global leader in advanced security solutions that defeat cyberattacks. • Reporting to the Senior Manager Finance Sales Support, the role focuses on providing Business Partner support to the Americas Sales region. • Contributing to Group-level reporting and delivering accurate budgets and forecasts. • Member of the FP&A team providing Finance support to the Senior Management Team. • Prepare financial analysis to support understanding of Sophos results and aid strategic decision-making.
• Degree-educated • Experience of working in the FP&A team of a publicly listed or private equity-owned company. • Strong analytics and financial skills. • Attention to detail. • Problem-solver with an appetite to understand complex business areas and a continuous improvement mindset. • Advanced Microsoft Excel user. • Comfortable working with Big Data. • Able to handle conflicting priorities and work to tight deadlines. • Strong communication skills required; able to develop strong working relationships outside of Finance. • Working pattern flexibility. • Eastern US time zone preferred (Desirable). • Experience of working in a software or subscription company (Desirable). • Salesforce experience (Desirable). • Business Intelligence experience (preferably Power BI) (Desirable). • Anaplan experience (Desirable).
