Description

• The role of Brand Partnerships Manager is a sales role that is integral to the growth and success of SoPost’s commercial operations. • Reporting to the Head of Brand Partnerships, the role is focused on driving our business forward by breaking, retaining and growing key enterprise clients. • You will collaborate with the Customer Success team (who will support you with campaign execution) as well as with the Platform Partnerships, Product and Engineering teams to evolve and innovate SoPost’s product and services. • This is a fully remote role, where you will be offered to work independently from home. • You will meet regularly in person with the Head of Brand Partnerships and are expected to travel occasionally within the DACH region to visit brand partners and attend industry events.

Requirements

• Proven experience over multiple years in sales within the media, digital marketing, advertising or tech industry • Experience selling to and managing large portfolio businesses (ie Unilever, P&G, Nestlé etc) • Proven track record of prospecting and winning business from retained and new accounts • Must have proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Proven track record of growing clients in the DACH region • Proven track record of building strong client relationships, both brand direct and with ad agencies • Strategic, consultative sales approach with the ability to understand customer needs, create meaningful solutions, set expectations and close deals of all sizes • An understanding of the digital media landscape and the competitive marketplace in which we operate • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Competent level of IT literacy (fluent in Google Docs, Google Calendar and Google Sheets) • Experience working with CRM software, like Hubspot or SalesForce, is a plus • Speaking German at native level and English fluently is mandatory.
