• 7+ years of experience in human resources or people operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with experience managing HR functions across multiple countries. • Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee development, and strategic HR planning. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with experience building strong relationships across all levels of the organization. • Strong analytical skills, including experience with HR metrics and data analysis. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities. • Strong English communication skills.
