• Advise on HR policy and implementation of HR procedures and processes. • Work with leadership to develop HR agenda supporting organizational goals. • Contribute to recruitment, performance management, and employee retention strategies. • Provide HR data analysis and insights for business improvement. • Support managers in employee relations cases and solutions. • Develop and maintain HR documentation and frameworks ensuring compliance. • Attract and recruit suitable candidates for the organization. • Design and execute recruitment campaigns and strategies. • Build relationships and deliver high-quality HR services to clients. • Participate in professional development and networking activities.
Requirements
