• Spark is hiring a Spanish-fluent Account Manager to enhance partner success and drive growth. • Build relationships with Agency Principals, guiding them through onboarding and addressing needs. • Drive usage among top Spark agents and implement effective onboarding strategies. • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve partner satisfaction and retention. • Adapt to workflow changes and negotiate partnership adjustments in good faith.
• 2+ years of experience in account management or sales, or customer success. • 2+ years of project management or onboarding/implementation experience. • Experience in a start-up environment where you’re required to adjust on the fly. • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining strict attention to detail. • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. • Spanish fluency • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
