β€’ Serve as a trusted advisor to HR professionals and channel partners β€’ Educate them on how Sparrow’s solution can solve their pain points, needs, and challenges β€’ Drive revenue by mastering value deck presentation and product demo β€’ Simplify the process through storytelling and articulating value β€’ Leverage sales tech stack to enhance sales skills β€’ Close business and achieve quota attainment β€’ Be the voice of customers by providing feedback to cross-functional teams β€’ Work closely with implementation and leave specialists to ensure smooth transition for new customers

Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience β€’ Track record of exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets β€’ Bonus points for experience selling to HR professionals and closing complex deal cycles β€’ Highly self-directed and adaptable β€’ Desire to define and optimize go-to-market strategy β€’ Ability to educate customers on Sparrow's value β€’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
