• At the forefront of Sparteo’s revenue growth and partner success in the CTV and SSP markets • Cultivate and strengthen publisher partnerships by identifying and pursuing joint growth opportunities • Guide new publishers through the onboarding process, focusing on smooth integration of Sparteo’s CTV and SSP offerings • Actively track and analyze publisher performance metrics, using data to refine approaches and improve partner engagement • Support streamlined workflows by documenting processes and providing feedback on areas for improvement

Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, ideally within AdTech, digital advertising, or programmatic sectors, with expertise in CTV and SSP • Knowledge of publisher needs and digital advertising trends, including programmatic, video, and display advertising • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive and data-driven approach • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment that values initiative, collaboration, and innovation
