🎯 Requirements

• A university degree in business, economics, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in a similar B2B sales role within the SMB market. • A proven track record of smashing quotas and delivering results. • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and social media. • Experience in data-driven prospecting campaigns is a plus. • Fluent in German(native or similar) + strong command of English. Additional languages are a bonus!
