Description

β€’ SpendMend has partnered with hospitals and healthcare systems for over 30 years. β€’ We provide solutions focusing on cost savings and operational efficiency in healthcare. β€’ The BDR will source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound outreach. β€’ This role involves researching prospective healthcare clients and identifying decision-makers. β€’ The BDR will work closely with the sales team to prioritize and review results.

Requirements

β€’ Knowledge of or strong interest in the healthcare industry, particularly in cost management and purchased services. β€’ Positive attitude that aligns with our collaborative, goal-oriented culture. β€’ Proven inside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. β€’ Self-motivated, with the ability to organize and prioritize outreach and engagement activities. β€’ Strong phone presence with experience making 75+ calls per day. β€’ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (or a similar CRM), with a commitment to developing proficiency. β€’ Experience with Outreach.io (or a similar sales engagement platform). β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Strong listening and presentation abilities. β€’ Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
