Description

• SpendMend has partnered with hospitals and healthcare systems for over 30 years. • We provide solutions focusing on cost savings and operational efficiency in healthcare. • The BDR will source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound outreach. • This role involves researching prospective healthcare clients and identifying decision-makers. • The BDR will work closely with the sales team to prioritize and review results.

Requirements

• Knowledge of or strong interest in the healthcare industry, particularly in cost management and purchased services. • Positive attitude that aligns with our collaborative, goal-oriented culture. • Proven inside sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas. • Self-motivated, with the ability to organize and prioritize outreach and engagement activities. • Strong phone presence with experience making 75+ calls per day. • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (or a similar CRM), with a commitment to developing proficiency. • Experience with Outreach.io (or a similar sales engagement platform). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong listening and presentation abilities. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
