• As our Director of Growth Marketing, you’ll spearhead the development and execution of a targeted demand generation engine to fuel our sales pipeline. • You’ll lead a team of marketing professionals and work closely with sales and product teams to ensure seamless alignment and maximize campaign impact. • You’ll identify and reach our ideal customers by running campaigns leveraging email, web, digital, and performance marketing channels.
• Proven experience in marketing within a B2B SaaS company, with expertise leading a global demand gen organization at scale. • Demonstrated success owning the strategy, framework, development, and execution for global, multichannel demand generation campaigns targeting enterprise-size companies. • Experience creating a well-aligned marketing strategy and execution plans with clearly defined metrics and KPIs. • Strong analytical skills and proven track record in making data-driven decisions to optimize performance and determine future investments continually. • Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles and a firm grasp of the ABM methodology. • Experience in and passion for the automotive industry. • Exceptional ability to lead, influence, and work across organizational boundaries with a strong track record of cross-functional collaboration. • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-tech environment with a track record of delivering innovative, integrated campaigns that resonate with target customers to achieve ambitious goals. • An excellent people leader focused on building and fostering a team culture that aligns with Collibra’s core values. • An excellent communicator, both at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams. • 5+ years of experience in building demand-gen programs for B2B SaaS companies with multi-products and multiple verticals. • Proven experience in managing teams in multiple countries. • Experience in and knowledge of the automotive industry is a big plus. • Proven track record of successful campaign creation and ROI tracking. • Demonstrated experience creating and executing omnichannel strategies that yield revenue results. • Ability to set strategy, execute tactical activities, and build a team as we grow. • Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Expertise in social media marketing and engagement. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
