Description

• Direct and manage cross-functional program development planning, execution, and reporting. • Manage operating activities for assigned alliances to achieve strategic and operational goals. • Provide program management leadership and collaboration to drive alignment and seamless execution. • Identify activities on critical path, challenge assumptions, and ensure appropriate change control. • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, manage action items and risks to completion. • Cultivate trusting relationships with partners and establish communication channels. • Review, track, manage, and report status and risks related to key milestones. • Collaborate with stakeholders to build budgets and measure variance. • Contribute to continuous improvement of P&AM capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in sciences, Business Administration or related field. • CA-AM/CSAP or PMP certification preferred. • 7 years of pharmaceutical and/or biotechnology industry experience. • 5 years specialized experience in R&D project management, program management and/or alliance management. • Experience in R&D program management with deep knowledge of biopharmaceutical development life cycle. • Experience in legal aspects of alliance work, conflict resolution, corporate relationship management preferred. • Ability to build relationships across all levels of organization. • Strong interpersonal communication skills in a remote hybrid work environment. • Ability to travel occasionally including overnight stay.
