Description

• StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform that specializes in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game, and digital out-of-home ads. • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Legal Operations Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment to provide legal operations support to our legal team. • Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will play a critical role in shaping and scaling our legal operations function. • You’ll support process optimization, manage vendor relationships, and implement tools to drive efficiency across the Legal team and adapt seamlessly to an evolving regulatory environment. • StackAdapt is a Remote First company, and you will work as part of a highly collaborative remote global Legal team. • We are open to candidates located in Canada or the US for this position; occasional travel may be required.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations within a fast-paced, high-growth adtech or technology environment. Prior experience in a legal operations role is a must • Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines, using project management tools and techniques to deliver on complex initiatives • Demonstrated experience with budgeting, cost control, and vendor management • Familiarity with working alongside procurement teams • Strong understanding of legal tech tools (e.g., CLM, data analysis, workflow automation) with hands-on experience implementing and optimizing these solutions • Ability to analyze data and create reports that drive actionable insights and decision-making within the Legal team • Bachelor's Degree: Required in Business, Law, or a related field • Legal operations certification (CLOC, ACC, etc.) is a plus • Knowledge of legal operational procedures; knowledge of statutes, and applicable regulations is a plus • A positive, collaborative spirit, and a learning mindset • Able to “own” and manage projects from beginning to end, with an internally driven sense of follow through • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
