• Partner with People & Culture, including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Development, and People Business Partners to inform program decisions through high-impact insights. • Create and execute a roadmap for the People Analytics function at StackAdapt. • Design and deliver analytical solutions and relevant insights through dashboards and reports to answer key business questions. • Partner with the Data Science team to establish data governance, policy, and storage of sensitive people data. • Partner with the Talent Development team to design and deliver surveys to collect employee experience data throughout the employee lifecycle (from hire to offboarding). • Use Looker or Tableau to build out dashboards and other analytical solutions.
• Proven leadership in People Analytics, preferably in technology or high-growth sectors. • Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines • Experience working with AWS, Github, and MySQL, bonus for experience with Snowflake. • Track record of designing, managing and scaling People Analytics function to drive measurable business outcomes in support of a growing and global workforce. • Demonstrated experience in quantitative data analysis using Python, R, or Tableau. • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a data-driven and evidence-based approach to decision making and influencing. • Experience acting as an advisor to broader teams, including People & Culture, StackAdapt's Leadership team and Executive team. • A “how can we make this better?” mentality with a focus on progress over perfection to continuously drive for improvement and innovation.
