Description

• StackAdapt is a self-serve advertising platform specializing in multi-channel solutions including native, display, video, connected TV, audio, in-game, and digital out-of-home ads. • Empower hundreds of digitally-focused companies to deliver outcomes and exceptional campaign performance. • Seeking a Program Manager in Talent and Performance Management to lead the center of excellence for performance management, talent planning, and organizational effectiveness. • Collaborate directly with the Director of Talent and Performance Management to support overall People and Talent strategy. • Enable strategies and programs to support business leaders, drive outcomes in performance management, career growth, and organizational development. • Stay abreast of best practices in Talent Management, Organizational Development, and Learning and Development.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem solving abilities, with a data-driven and evidence-based approach to decision making and influencing. • Experience in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Psychology and/or People Analytics is preferred, but we recognise there are many journeys that can lead to Talent Management. • Track record of partnering in designing, managing and scaling Talent Management programs such as performance management, talent planning, career development, succession planning, etc. that drive measurable business outcomes in support of a growing and global workforce. • Demonstrated experience in driving complex organizational changes through clear communication and implementation of change management practices that support organizational growth and agility. • Proven success in global Talent Management programs, preferably in technology or high-growth sectors. • Experience acting as an advisor to broader teams using data and best practice to back-up decisions, while staying grounded in the reality of implementation. • A “how can we make this better?” mentality with a focus on progress over perfection to continuously drive for improvement
