• As a New Business/Sales Director, you will lead the new business generation and sales strategy, along with its execution for our Products & Platforms pod. • This role combines the need for sales leadership, strategy, and execution to drive a holistic approach to generating new projects focused on the pod’s areas of expertise such as: Custom platform development and digital ecosystem engineering, product and technical strategy, complex system integration, scalable architecture design, production-grade implementation and maintenance, and technical team augmentation and transition planning.
• Track record of generating new business/sales of +$2M (yearly) for projects involving complex digital products/platform builds. • Proven experience working in a Digital Agency or in a Consulting environment focused on digital products/emerging technologies (NO digital media, SaaS, etc.). • Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures. • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, with a track record of cultivating high-level client relationships. • Familiarity with the latest trends in creative technology and digital innovation. • Adaptability to rapidly changing market demands and technology landscapes.
