•Stand Together is a philanthropic community that helps America’s boldest changemakers tackle the root causes of our country’s biggest problems, from education to the economy, broken communities, and toxic division, among dozens of other pressing issues. •Are you excited by the prospect of applying your leadership and revenue generation expertise to an organization tackling some of the nation’s most complex challenges? •We are looking for a Senior Director, Partnerships to join our innovative development capability to lead a team of top fundraisers. •To succeed in this role, you will have supervising experience and a background in fundraising or consultative sales. •You will lead the team that is responsible for a best-in-class donor experience by identifying engagement and stewardship opportunities with Stand Together partners.

Requirements

•5+ years of experience in a value-focused relationship management environment such as fundraising, outside sales, consulting, or business development. •2+ years of supervising experience. Strong supervisory experience with a demonstrated background in cultivating and developing talent while driving growth. •Demonstrated experience and leadership in strategic sales cycles, moves management, and stewardship (providing and articulating value) outreach with 8+ figure portfolios. •Deep familiarity with partner journey/sales cycle process and enablement developing talent while driving extraordinary growth. •Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, professionalism, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. •High level of humility and integrity. •Proficient with technology including MS Office suite of products and proficiency with CRMs, such as Salesforce. •Ability to travel 20% (domestic).
