Description

• Act as primary representatives at OEMs focusing on new business opportunities • Target the New Energy sector, focusing on Solar, Wind, and Energy Storage segments • Responsible for market penetration, developing target account roadmaps, and conducting industry trend analysis • Schedule meetings with engineers to engage in design discussions and coordinate production line tours • Utilize existing market intelligence and conduct market research • Build and maintain relationships with customers • Create and implement sales strategies • Analyze competitors to identify trends and uncover opportunities • Negotiate deals with clients • Track and analyze sales performance metrics • Provide reports to senior management

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or related field • Proven background in B2B sales, distribution, and working with OEMs • Experience in New Energy markets is advantageous • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles • Affinity with technical products is a must • Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably SalesForce, and other sales tools • 75% travel visiting customers and prospects
