• As the Business Development Manager you will be a part of the SEF team working as a remote employee. • You will act as the primary representatives of our organization at OEMs, focusing on driving new business opportunities. • This position will specifically target the New Energy sector, focusing on Solar, Wind, and Energy Storage segments. • The New Energy BDM will be responsible for market penetration in these areas, including developing target account roadmaps, strategic planning, operating plan development, and conducting industry trend analysis. • They will schedule meetings with engineers to engage in key design discussions and coordinate production line tours at manufacturing facilities, where they present value-added solutions aimed at reducing total assembly costs.
• BS in Engineering or related field. • Proven background in B2B sales, distribution, and working with OEMs. • Experience in New Energy markets is advantageous. • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles. • Affinity with technical products is a must. • Proficiency in using CRM software, preferably SalesForce, and other sales tools. • 75% travel visiting customers and prospects.
