Description

• Collaborating with regional Business Development Directors and operations teams to create client meetings and generate business development opportunities • Managing the sales pipeline, presenting weekly reports, and developing client relationships through innovative solutions • Leading proposal development, and supporting strategic partnerships • Delivering internal feedback on market trends, supporting energy market assessments, developing creative solutions to complex problems, and working independently with high integrity and confidentiality

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of work experience and 4 years of experience in business development • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related discipline • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences • Excellent skills with digital systems including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and other proposal writing tools • Experience with business development, proposal development and CRM automation software and emerging digital tools • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align market development initiatives with overall business objectives • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
