β’ Serve as a key resource for all compensation-related matters supporting the Tools & Outdoor global organization β’ Support the design, administration, and delivery of all compensation policies & programs β’ Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a thought leader on compensation matters β’ Provide consulting services around the design and administration of variable compensation programs for the sales organization β’ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on projects such as global job architecture and market assessments β’ Monitor performance against plans and take necessary actions β’ Support the development of new compensation plans, programs and policies β’ Participate in compensation surveys for SBD Canada β’ Ensure compensation data in HR systems are accurate
β’ Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in Compensation and/or Total Rewards β’ Sales Compensation experience required /North America (US & Canada) experience preferred β’ Experience using Workday preferred β’ Experience in a company that sells Durable Goods preferred β’ Effective decision-making/critical thinking skills with the ability to manage and influence key stakeholders β’ Excellence in customer focus: Ability to collaborate, consult and partner with HR and business leaders to provide thought leadership and drive results β’ Strong project management, change management, and communication skills β’ Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail, follow-up and problem resolution β’ Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
