Description

β€’ Serve as a key resource for all compensation-related matters supporting the Tools & Outdoor global organization β€’ Support the design, administration, and delivery of all compensation policies & programs β€’ Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) and a thought leader on compensation matters β€’ Provide consulting services around the design and administration of variable compensation programs for the sales organization β€’ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on projects such as global job architecture and market assessments β€’ Monitor performance against plans and take necessary actions β€’ Support the development of new compensation plans, programs and policies β€’ Participate in compensation surveys for SBD Canada β€’ Ensure compensation data in HR systems are accurate

Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in Compensation and/or Total Rewards β€’ Sales Compensation experience required /North America (US & Canada) experience preferred β€’ Experience using Workday preferred β€’ Experience in a company that sells Durable Goods preferred β€’ Effective decision-making/critical thinking skills with the ability to manage and influence key stakeholders β€’ Excellence in customer focus: Ability to collaborate, consult and partner with HR and business leaders to provide thought leadership and drive results β€’ Strong project management, change management, and communication skills β€’ Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail, follow-up and problem resolution β€’ Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
