• Lead, develop, and provide guidance to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) team. • Partner with distribution channels to develop and execute national and regional growth strategies that consider market-specific dynamics and trends. • Define initiatives and set KPIs to drive market share growth. • Conduct quarterly reviews with strategic customers to ensure alignment on performance and growth initiatives. • Create and implement market strategies and programs for business expansion while maintaining current customer relationships. • Oversee the development and execution of sales proposals, agreements, and promotional opportunities in collaboration with the RSM team. • Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitive activities to inform strategic decision-making. • Foster strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and develop targeted programs to support business objectives. • Lead process optimization efforts in areas such as pricing requests, dealer management, and marketing implementation to enhance profitability and reduce operational friction. • Work collaboratively within a team environment and support strategic initiatives through the creation of compelling presentations and communication materials.
• High school diploma or GED • 10+ years of sales experience • 5+ years of people leadership experience • 5+ years of experience working with distributors across the national footprint within professional wholesale distribution • Ability to travel up to 50% as required • BA/BS degree (preferred) • Advanced degree (MA/MS/MBA) (preferred) • Knowledge of hydronic heating industry market and its distribution channels (preferred) • Must demonstrate strong leadership skills with a positive self-driven attitude (preferred) • Experience working with distributors in the Carrier, Bryant, Payne, and/or ICP channels (preferred) • 6+ years of people leadership (preferred) • Ability to think outside the box, innovate, take risks and implement progressive, sustainable solutions (preferred) • Strong ability to work in diverse, cross functional project teams to achieve high levels of performance in dynamic environments (preferred) • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to pull data from assorted sources and synthesis in both graphic and verbal format, so that it is easily understood by the target audience (preferred) • Proven capacity to communicate professionally in written and verbal format across a wide audience (preferred) • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities (preferred) • Superior follow-up and follow-through skills (preferred) • Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access & PowerPoint) (preferred)
