β€’ Responsible for driving sales growth in the North American market through early engagement in large-scale municipal and industrial projects. β€’ Build a high-performing project sales team, collaborating with engineering & consulting firms, system integrators, and OEMs to influence project specifications and drive funnel growth. β€’ Lead both in-person and virtual interactions with key project stakeholders to influence specifications and deliver sales growth. β€’ Provide direction and mentorship to a team of Project Pursuit Managers and specialists. β€’ Develop and execute a collaborative sales strategy for both geographical and vertical markets. β€’ Use Veralto Enterprise System tools to drive continuous improvement and develop standard work processes.

Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of experience across commercial selling, marketing, product management, or business development. β€’ 6-8 years of experience in people leadership. β€’ BA, BS, or MS degree in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. β€’ Industry-specific experience in Water or Infrastructure-related Construction & Engineering. β€’ Proven ability to drive innovation, develop strategies, and analyze reports to identify trends and solve problems.
