Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. β€’ 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or related field. β€’ Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus. β€’ Expertise in developing onboarding and training programs. β€’ Experience in a startup environment is beneficial. β€’ Analytical mindset with proven ability in measuring training effectiveness. β€’ Knowledge of automation, process transformation, or AI-related domains. β€’ Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. β€’ Excellent communication skills. β€’ Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce. β€’ Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
