Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. • 3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or related field. • Experience in a B2B SaaS environment is a plus. • Expertise in developing onboarding and training programs. • Experience in a startup environment is beneficial. • Analytical mindset with proven ability in measuring training effectiveness. • Knowledge of automation, process transformation, or AI-related domains. • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies. • Excellent communication skills. • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce. • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
