• We are one of the leading tech investment firms globally, with a track record of investing in some of the most valuable companies in the world. • We are helping our early stage (Pre-Seed -> Series B) portfolio companies grow their teams. • Looking to hire a customer success manager to provide a high-touch experience with initial customers. • Expect this person to be 'the expert' in this subject, creating playbooks, and identifying tools needed. • This will be the fifth employee of the company, and the role is available remote in the US. • The expected compensation range for the position is $80k-$110k base plus equity, depending on experience. • Many early stage startups are unable to sponsor visas of any kind.
