Description

• Support clients post-implementation and ensure continued success in their operations • Proactively communicate with clients to ensure they receive value from products • Monitor client usage and engagement, identifying opportunities for additional support or training • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities • Gather and analyze client feedback to improve software and services • Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, engagement, and retention

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5-7 years of experience in technology transfer and/or experience in customer success, account management, or customer support, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment • Proficiency in using CRM systems, customer support tools, and SaaS platforms such as Salesforce • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing client needs • Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
