β’ 2-5 years or more of experience as a Customer Success Manager, in a customer facing SaaS function, ideally in a high-growth environment β’ 2-5 years or more of experience managing very large scale IT projects β we work only with large companies β’ Experience or passion for sustainability, ideally with some demonstrable experience β’ Fluent in English β’ A genuine passion for working with data - collecting and cleaning data in a way that makes it ingestible by the software, grasping a variety of computer languages, including Python β’ An experience creating a carbon footprint for a client is preferred β’ Knowledge on climate accounting, GHG emissions / categories as well as Emissions Factors are preferred (or willingness to learn) β’ An interest in supporting clients in building their climate baseline, and identifying reduction opportunities β’ Your passion for climate challenges and your willingness to make a change β’ Dedication to teamwork, and getting things done together β’ Ability to adapt to new and dynamic environments - we are an early stage startup β’ Strong communication and presentation skills
