β€’ Manage customer relationships throughout their journey β€’ Ensure smooth customer onboarding to the platform β€’ Work closely with customers to help operationalize their sustainability initiatives β€’ Lead customer implementation of CO2AI platform β€’ Project manage implementations by highlighting dependencies and ensuring accountability β€’ Guide customers in designing their sustainability programs β€’ Help sales team identify expansion opportunities and ensure renewals β€’ Monitor and report on customer health metrics β€’ Collaborate with customer success team to represent customer voice β€’ Continually seek to improve implementation and promote platform usage

Requirements

β€’ 2-5 years or more of experience as a Customer Success Manager, in a customer facing SaaS function, ideally in a high-growth environment β€’ 2-5 years or more of experience managing very large scale IT projects β€” we work only with large companies β€’ Experience or passion for sustainability, ideally with some demonstrable experience β€’ Fluent in English β€’ A genuine passion for working with data - collecting and cleaning data in a way that makes it ingestible by the software, grasping a variety of computer languages, including Python β€’ An experience creating a carbon footprint for a client is preferred β€’ Knowledge on climate accounting, GHG emissions / categories as well as Emissions Factors are preferred (or willingness to learn) β€’ An interest in supporting clients in building their climate baseline, and identifying reduction opportunities β€’ Your passion for climate challenges and your willingness to make a change β€’ Dedication to teamwork, and getting things done together β€’ Ability to adapt to new and dynamic environments - we are an early stage startup β€’ Strong communication and presentation skills
